Baptized: 05/29/22
I have been going to church at Fredonia my whole life with my family. I have been taught the Bible and God’s Word by my Sunday School teachers, CentriKid Camp leaders, VBS teachers, Camp GARAYWA weekends, and my family. I have grown up in a Christian home. In 2016, when I was 9 years old I thought I did what I needed to do to accept Christ as my Savior and was baptized. I have always loved the Lord and have done good things for Him. Four and a half years later, I was diagnosed with brain cancer on December 14, 2020 and my life changed drastically. I started a journey of many hospital visits, doctor appointments at St. Jude, days of radiation, and weeks of chemotherapy. I had so many people praying for me. I could feel God’s presence during this journey. My mom and dad, family, friends and God were by my side. In mid-November of 2021, my doctor told me my cancer was gone. God granted me a miracle and I am so blessed. After my battle with cancer I talked to my family about some doubts I was having about my salvation and then on Sunday, May 1st, 2022 I talked to Bro. Hunter and got things right. I had some doubts and now those are gone. I know I am a Christian and I plan to spend the rest of my life serving him and sharing God’s love with others. I want to take this opportunity to thank my church family for all of your prayers during my journey. It’s an amazing feeling to feel so loved. #allinforansley
